The Expositiva Art Prize was born from the desire to promote contemporary art as a tool for rebirth, capable of generating new ideas and inspiration.

Artists, free from thematic constraints, can express themselves through elements, images, concepts, and materials that represent their individual thoughts, their world, and their unique and subjective artistic feeling.
Exhibiting your artwork in the spaces of Castello Isimbardi means entering a place rich in centuries of history, where each work dialogues with memory and history.

The Expositiva Art Prize Fondazione Vera Coghi Castello Isimbardi competition is more than just a competition; it's an opportunity to showcase your art, compete for prizes, and meet with artists, art lovers, gallery owners, and critics.
The exhibition is hosted at Castello Isimbardi in Castello d'Agogna (Pv), dating back to the 13th century: a highly prestigious location that represents an important showcase for emerging artists and creatives.
From 00 00 0000 to 00 00 0000, Castello Isimbardi will be transformed into a true art gallery, hosting an exclusive event where art will take center stage. A meticulously curated display and high-quality works will transform the space into an immersive experience, capable of moving and inspiring the public. Each work will have its own space, designed to fully enhance its visual and emotional impact.
The Expositiva Aps association promotes Italian and international artists, offering services aimed at promoting and enhancing their talent. Numerous prizes and benefits are the recognition of Expositiva Aps in support of the artistic work of participants in its various competitions. Expositiva Aps creates high-impact art events in prestigious locations, conceiving and promoting group and solo exhibitions, designing installations, openings, and event advertising campaigns, all documented through catalogs, photographs, and videos.

The theme is free.

​

The theme of the competition is free, as is the choice of techniques and media.
For two-dimensional works, the maximum dimensions are 100 cm at the base and 150 cm at the height. For sculptures and installations, the dimensions must be agreed upon with the organizers.

A maximum of two works may be submitted for each category, but artists may participate in multiple categories by paying the required fee each time.

Shipping and return costs for the works will be borne by the selected artists.
The competition is open only to artists who are 18 years of age at the time of participation.
All winning artists will be contacted for official communication and award presentation.

ALSO

- Color catalog of the finalists' exhibition.
- All accepted works will be published in the official catalog of the event. Each artist will be given a full color page. A copy of each volume will be sent to the selected artists to treasure as an important milestone in their artistic and exhibition career.
- Numerous copies of the catalog will be sent to art critics, curators, galleries and art collectors, design studios, and architecture firms.
- Each finalist artist will receive a certificate of artistic merit.
- Cocktail reception for the opening ceremony.
- Photo reportage.

- Publication of the finalist artists' works on the Expositiva Aps Facebook and Instagram pages.

- The winners will be announced at the end of the exhibitions.

How to submit your application

Download the application form and fill it out with your information and images of your artworks.
Fill in your information and the details of the artwork(s) you wish to submit (Title, Year of Creation, Technique, Dimensions), attach the photo(s), and send it to:
contest@expositiva-art.it
to participate in the selection process.

Await the outcome of the artistic committee's evaluation, which will be communicated to you by email within 7 days of submitting the application form with the images. If selected, you can proceed with the formalization of your participation.​​​

How to Participate (only if selected)

​

Only if the work(s) is selected for the final exhibition will the artist be required to pay the fee for organizational and promotional expenses and for registration with Expositiva Aps, and you will be eligible to win the prizes. Selected artists will be contacted by email within 7 days of receiving the free registration documents.
Payment terms apply only to artists selected for the final exhibition.
Payments must be made by paying the fee no later than 7 days after receiving the selection confirmation.
The artists will be selected at the sole discretion of Expositiva Aps, together with the members of the Jury. Any appeal is therefore excluded.

Register and only if you are selected will the participation fee be:
only €125.00 for one work
only €220.00 for two works

You will pay the registration fee ONLY IF YOU ARE SELECTED by the Expositiva Aps Artistic Jury.

Submitting an application does not obligate the artist to pay the participation fee; it is intended solely for participation in the selection process for the Expositiva Art Prize Fondazione Vera Coghi Castello Isimbardi.

Works

The selected artist may participate by choosing one of the following options:
• Two-dimensional works:
The artist may submit one, two, or three two-dimensional works by paying the appropriate fees.
If submitting multiple works, they must meet the following requirements:
• Identical dimensions and the same frame (if used).
• The maximum permitted dimensions for two-dimensional works per work are 70 x 100 cm (width x height).
• Three-dimensional works (sculptures, installations, textile art, etc.) must be approved by Expositiva Aps.
• All two-dimensional works must have a single central hanger.
• Paintings must be presented on a frame; unframed.
• Photographs, illustrations, drawings, and graphics must be presented framed (no open frames are permitted) or printed on a rigid support without a frame, preferably with the addition of spacers or a rear frame.
• For shipped works (not delivered and collected in person), the use of glass is prohibited for transportation reasons. Plexiglass is recommended.
In the case of installations/sculptures/etc.
• The work must be self-supporting, placed on the floor or equipped with an independent base.
• The works must be assembled by the artist himself at the exhibition site at least 1 or 2 days before the opening.

Shipping and collection of works

The dates, times, and locations will be communicated to the selected artists via email.
Shipping and return costs are the responsibility of each participant.

Packaging and Acceptance Conditions

All submitted works must be carefully packaged for easy transport. The packaging material must be reusable for returning the work.
Works that are not adequately packaged or delivered in open containers will not be accepted. Damaged works will not be exhibited.
The organization assumes no responsibility for any delays, losses, or damages incurred during transport by couriers.
In the event of cancellation after selection and payment of the fee, the fee will not be refunded.

Personal Data Protection

By registering, artists accept the regulations contained in this announcement,
including all its parts. Artists authorize the Associazione Expositiva to process the participating artist's personal data in accordance with the law. Personal data and uploaded images may be used for the purposes of the competition. The artists themselves are entirely responsible for the content of the images or text entered. Artists who register for the Expositiva Art Prize Fondazione Vera Coghi Castello Isimbardi automatically consent to membership in the Expositiva Aps Association. Prizes for artists, pursuant to Presidential Decree no. 430/2001 (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter a), are to be considered recognition of personal and artistic merit or competitions held for the production of artistic works, excluded from the application of the rules on prize competitions.
